•    AR Collection Management:
    Cash collection from customers.
    Consistently track customer payment behavior.
    Tracking and solving the dispute in collection and drive end to end process streamline and reduce overdue payment.
    Provide support to resolve complex or aged issues
    Seek improve DSO opportunity to enhance working capital, such as payment term optimization, and ensure compliance with targets and KPIs
    Drive continuous improvement of cash collection.

•    Govern on AR Clearing of overseas entities (Cash Application)
    Govern master data improvements to support end to end of order to cash process
    Identify opportunities for process improvement and realize high efficiency and quality
    Continuous review of process standardization and automation
    Ensure compliance with internal and external policies

•    Financial Reporting
    Lead AR reporting and perform analysis review and approval.
    Responsible for coordinating and facilitating monthly AR aging report review with stakeholders and meeting periodically credit control targets.
    Cash inflow forecast, track budget vs. actual with analysis, alignment and coordination for commentary and approval.
    Deal with the external and internal audit request.


Required Qualifications
•    University degrees in business or finance.
•    Minimum 3 years of experience in AR, Finance, Collection and Credit Management.
•    AR and Credit Management operation in ERP system e.g SAP
•    Prior experiences working in SSC environment preferred.
•    Prior experiences in AR process outside of China.
•    Communication skills, ability to maintain the good relationship with the stakeholders.
•    Skill in excel, PPT and with experience of automation preferred
•    Ability to work individually and in a team-oriented environment.
