招聘主管

工作职责

1、与研发及制造部门负责人密切沟通，协助制定招聘计划并深入了解业务和团队情况；

2、根据招聘计划独立负责研发技术类、制造类岗位的全流程招聘工作； 

3、执行简历筛选、电话沟通、面试安排、薪酬沟通及背景调查等具体招聘环节，确保招聘流程高效顺畅； 

4、完成招聘数据的统计，定期汇报招聘进展，并能提出流程优化建议； 

5、协助校园招聘工作； 

6、领导安排的其他任务

任职资格：

1. 本科及以上学历，人力资源管理、工商管理、心理学或相关专业优先；

2. 3年以上招聘相关工作经验，有制造业/研发类岗位招聘经验者优先；

3. 熟悉研发（硬件/软件/结构/测试）或工厂端（制造/工艺/质量/PMC等）岗位特性；

4. 具备较强的沟通协调能力和判断力，能够有效推动跨部门合作。
