• 参与新品电机设计的结构评审，并在评审过程中给出影响工艺设计的合理化建议。
• 设计电机工艺流程图，制作电机过程潜在失效模式及后果分析（PFMEA），依据流程图评估所需工装、设备清单。
• 新项目产品所需工装申请，并跟进工装加工进度，工装回厂后进行试装，协助ME完成工装验收。
• 新项目电机试产跟进，试产过程中工艺、工装问题分析处理，确保项目顺利开展。
• 新项目释放时，工艺文件：流程图、工装清单、PFMEA、SOP等文件上传windchill系统发布。
