RESPONSIBILITIES职责描述 1. 协助开展公司专利布局工作，包括专利挖掘、维权、质量管控; Support in expanding the patent portfolio, including patent mining, IPR enforcement, and quality control; 2. 协助处理各类知识产权纠纷，包括专利无效及被无效的应对、侵权及被诉侵权的应对等; Support in handling IPR disputes, including the application for invalidating patents and reply to patent invalidation, dealing with patent infringement and being accused of infringement; 3. 对公司研发人员进行知识产权培训，引导员工专利意识和申请技巧，提供专利相关的咨询建议，规避专利侵权风险。 Conducting IPR training for R&D staffs in the Company, making the staffs sensitive of IPRs and enhancing the application techniques, providing patent related advise and thus mitigating infringement risks. Skills, Experience and Qualifications Required技能、经验和资格要求 1. 本科以及以上学历，电子/计算机/车辆工程/机械制造等工程相关专业； Bachelor or above, preferably graduated from electronics, computer, vehicle engineering or machinery 2. 3-5 年以上知识产权工作经验，具备专利资料收集的能力； At least 3-5 years’experience in IPR field, with ability to collect patent related information; 3. 善于沟通，能够和研发人员良好沟通，具有较强的组织、协调能力； With good skills in communicating with R&D staffs, and with strong ability for organizing and coordinating; 4. 获得专利代理人资格证书者优先； Preferably with qualification certificate for patent agent; 5. 中英文读写和听说流利。 Fluent in both written and spoken Mandarin and English.
